Shimmy is a family brand. We love food and wine, being deeply embedded within the Malaysian Italian dining scene. Fun fact, we also grow durians on our own plantations for a true farm-to-table experience.
That is how we learned what great tastes like. You will find it in every flavour, from pistachio to durian.
Where It All Began
Every great journey has a beginning, and ours started with something small — a little pop-up, a passion for what we do, and a dream to create something of our own. What began as a simple idea slowly grew through the support of our community, countless learning experiences, and a whole lot of love. And we're only just getting started.
